Paraben Free: Parabens are a type of preservative that are bad for you. So we got rid of them.
Vegan: Our products do not contain any animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients.
Cruelty Free: This means we don't test on animals - cause duhhhhh

Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: We at FAE Beauty love all our furry friends - we do not test any of our products on animals, ever.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Our buildable matte lipsticks are developed and manufactured in India

Q: Do your products contain gluten?
A: No, our Buildable Matte Lipsticks are gluten free. 

Q: Tell me about the product’s shelf life
A: Our buildable matte lipsticks are made to last upto 24 months from the date of manufacture printed on our packaging.


Returns:

Q: My product is damaged, how can I get a refund?

A: If you are unhappy with your product, please write us at support@faebeauty.in and we will sort it out. Please note that we will only accept products damage requests raised within 24 hours of when you received your order. 

Q: Can I return a used product?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process a return for a used product.

Q: I did not receive my product, but the tracking page indicates it is delivered. What do I do? 
A: If you suspect your product has gotten lost/falsely marked delivered - please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the status being updated to delivered. Beyond this time period, we will be unable to track proof of delivery with our logistics partners, and therefore will not be able to help with a replacement unless we get timely intimation

Q: Can I return a product if I don't like the shade?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process a return or refund for a product due to personal like or dislike because of hygiene and contamination reasons. All color cosmetic sales are final unless there is in transit damage or defect.

In the case of re:define Lip Liners, damaged products are only eligible for return if an unboxing video is provided where by the plastic shrink wrap is opened on video to prove transit damage - this is due to the delicate nature of the product & to verify that the damage is due to transit.
